1. Preamble and Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products offered online through the websites www.shopmokadomus.it and www.mokadomus.it. 1.2 These conditions apply exclusively to orders placed by consumers residing in Italy for products intended for personal use. 1.3 By proceeding with the order, the Customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these Conditions.

Products: All coffee and blend-related items for sale, with their respective packaging, technical information and descriptions available on the website. E-commerce: The online platform www.shopmokadomus.it and www.mokadomus.it where the Products are presented.

3.1 To make a purchase, registration on the website is required. The Customer undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
4. Purchase Process
4.1 The sale is concluded upon submission of the order, after the Customer has reviewed and fully accepted these Conditions. 4.2 Moka Domus reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of obvious errors in the data entered or problems relating to Product availability.
5. Prices, Payments and Invoicing
5.1 Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Shipping costs, where applicable, will be added to the total and communicated to the Customer before order confirmation. 5.3 Moka Domus accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and other electronic payment systems. 5.4 Upon order confirmation, an invoice will be issued reflecting the data and information provided by the Customer.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer during the order process. 6.2 Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on Product availability and the delivery area. 6.3 In the event of shipping delays, Moka Domus will promptly inform the Customer, without this entailing any further liability, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. 6.4 The Customer is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the courier.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
7.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reason within 14 days of receiving the Products. 7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Moka Domus of their decision by email at shop@mokadomus.it, stating the order number and the Products to be returned. 7.3 Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, unused and complete with all accessories included. 7.4 Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in the case of defective or incorrect products. 7.5 Once the returned Products have been received and inspected, Moka Domus will process the refund of the amount paid, including initial shipping costs, within 14 days.
8. Warranties and Liability
8.1 All Products offered are covered by the statutory warranty for lack of conformity as provided by the Consumer Code. 8.2 In the case of defective or damaged Products during transport, the Customer must contact customer service within 10 days of receipt to arrange replacement or refund. 8.3 Moka Domus shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased Products.
9. Data Processing and Privacy
9.1 Personal data provided by the Customer is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR) and the information set out in our Privacy Policy, available on the website. 9.2 The Customer consents to the processing of their data for purposes related to order management, shipping, after-sales support and promotional activities, where applicable.

Specific Return Conditions
1. Return Procedure
1.1 To initiate a return, the Customer must send a written notice to shop@mokadomus.it within 14 days of receiving the Products, specifying the order number and the reason for the return. 1.2 Moka Domus will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions for returning the Products, including the courier to be used, where applicable.
2. Condition of Products
2.1 Products must be returned in their original condition, intact and unused, with all packaging, manuals and accessories included. 2.2 In the event of partially damaged or tampered products being returned, Moka Domus reserves the right to apply a deduction to the amount to be refunded.
3. Refund
3.1 Once the Products have been received and inspected, Moka Domus will refund the price paid using the same payment method chosen by the Customer for the initial purchase, within 14 days. 3.2 The refund will also include the initial shipping costs if the return is due to an error or a defect in the Product.
4. Return Shipping Costs
4.1 Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer. 4.2 In the case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be covered by Moka Domus.
International Orders
